5 Songs That Make Me REALLY Happy

This was a canned blog post, but I'm running with the idea.

It's no secret, I'm using Wix as my website platform. They published about 15 blogs that basically said, "This is what your readers will see". I liked this blog title, so I'll bite.

Well, really for now, it's only 2 songs, I'll edit as I recall what makes my list.

Metallica's 'Enter Sandman'

This is a personal/emotional memory choice. It's linked to one of my first memories of support. I remember declaring I liked this song while sitting in my brothers car as he drove us home. I was probably 7 years old. He pulled into the garage and we sat in the car rocking out to this song. I remember thinking how cool he was and realizing cars don't always automatically shutdown once pulled into a garage.

Queen's 'Innuendo'

It's a long one, with a misleading break in the middle, but it's so worth the listen. Particularly the lyrics. Freddie wrote this as he was nearing his death. It is admirable to me that his deep poetic thoughts were so transparent in his art, all the way up to his death. This song is epic, and an ode to those who follow their heart and artistically create their own paths. Allow this one to move you physically and emotionally.
